Shropshire industrial recruitment agency, DM Recruitment, has announced an exciting county-wide partnership with a leading national employment and training provider,

Interserve Learning & Employment. The fundamental aim of the partnership is to realise the potential of local jobseekers, whilst helping local organisations to increase employment opportunities through tailored support and training programmes.

DM Recruitment, who specialise in industrial and commercial recruitment, offers temporary and permanent employment solutions to organisations across Shropshire and Staffordshire in sectors including; automotive, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, recycling, warehouse and waste management.

 Interserve is assisting long-term unemployed people through their ‘Lifegoals’ programme, which offers Shropshire residents who haven’t yet had the right opportunity, encouragement or funding to find a job or work experience, a range of support activities. This will provide them with the skills needed to secure employment or land a training opportunity.

Both partners expect to achieve industry and organisation specific training and recruitment outcomes for Shropshire businesses with organisations benefitting from an enhanced supply of both skilled and work-ready people.
