A telecoms company which was founded in Shrewsbury is celebrating a decade of success by hosting an open day next month.
Award-winning firm Pure Telecom will mark its ten year anniversary with an event for current and prospective clients at its Shrewsbury Business Park head office on December 15.
The business was launched in 2006 by managing director Matt Sandford, who also completed 30 years in the sector this year.
“The open day will enable us to celebrate Pure’s decade in business with our customers and allow them to meet our team and view our offices,” said Matt, who now employs a total of 18 people.
“We hope our customers from across Shropshire and the West Midlands will join us on December 15 when we will have a Formula 1 simulator here in the offices for people to take a ‘test drive’ around Silverstone, with a prize for the winner.”
Pure specialises in mobile, fixed and hosted telecoms systems for firms of all sizes across the UK and has some leading regional names amongst its clients, including Laura Ashley, Tanners Wines, Morris Lubricants, Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors and Cooper Green Pooks.
It is now in the top three O2 network partners in the UK and has won two top industry awards this year for customer service and digital excellence.
“We are very proud of our achievements – the team of staff here have worked very hard to be amongst the best in the telecoms business and we are looking forward to welcoming people to our open day,” Matt added.
