A high-profile greenfield site offering scope for commercial development on the edge of Shrewsbury has come onto the market.
The two plots - one extending to 5.24 acres and the other to 2.55 acres - are on the Welshpool Road, adjacent to the Churncote Island, just off the A5 to the west of the county town.
The selling agents, Shrewsbury-based surveyors Towler Shaw Roberts, said the guide price is available on application.
TSR partner Toby Shaw, who is handling the sale, said he expects there to be a great deal of interest in the two plots.
He added: “This is a very high profile site, one of the most prestigious in the Shrewsbury area to come to the market for some time.
"There are two plots for sale which will be for employment usage and it’s part of the Sustainable Urban Extension Shrewsbury West programme.
"In terms of its profile, it's a prime site and we anticipate a great level of interest."
