Ludlow-based Globility Coaching Ltd - a pioneering consultancy firm founded by Marina Ibrahim - has received the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) 2024 Diversity & Inclusion Award for the West Midlands region.

This prestigious recognition celebrates the company’s steadfast dedication to promoting equity, diversity, equality, and inclusion (EDI) within the business ecosystem.

Marina Ibrahim, a British-German thought leader with Egyptian roots, leads Globility Coaching at the DE&I forefront.
