Stay has been announced as the 2025 Reech & Reward champion, securing £10,000 worth of marketing support from Midlands-based full-service marketing agency Reech.
Following a Dragons Den-style pitch process, Stay was chosen from a competitive shortlist thanks to its clear strategic vision, incredible impact across Telford & Wrekin, and its alignment with Reech’s own values of empowerment, growth, and community.
CEO Naomi Pay said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have been selected as this year’s Reech & Reward winner, having seen the fantastic work that’s been achieved through this collaborative initiative previously.
“It couldn’t have come at a better time for our charity. We have a clear strategic plan for the next three years and are ready to significantly grow our impact. This 12-month partnership with Reech will help us to tell our story better, connect with more people, and build stronger relationships in the community.”
For over 30 years, Stay has been providing housing and support services to homeless and vulnerable people across Telford & Wrekin.
Stay has 78 bed spaces across the borough, an outreach service for people rough sleeping, and person-centred services like The Net - which is provided in partnership with Citizen’s Advice Telford & Wrekin and funded by the National Community Lottery Fund.
The charity supports more than 1,000 people every year, offering a lifeline to those in crisis and helping them to rebuild their lives.
Its 2025-2028 strategy outlines plans to redefine its accommodation offer, invest in systems and staff, and foster a stronger sense of community and belonging.
“After preliminary discussions and factfinding sessions, Reech’s support is set to focus on two key deliverables,” said Naomi.
“A hero video to help communicate our mission, services, and long-term vision, and a bespoke website designed to simplify how people can engage with us. This is so much more than just a marketing boost for us. It signifies a new chapter and gifts us a brand new platform for real change across the borough. We’re all incredibly grateful and so excited to get started.”
Reech & Reward is now in its fourth year, with previous winners including Shrewsbury Food Hub, Brightstar, and Dog A.I.D. The agency launched the programme in 2022 to give back to the local community through strategic, creative, and digital marketing support that creates lasting impact and real results.
Agency director at Reech Amelia Redge said: “Reech & Reward was more competitive than ever this year and we received a huge number of remarkable responses. But from the moment the Stay team came to Reech HQ to pitch, their passion, clarity, and ambition stood out.
“We’re immensely proud to support a team that offers the most vulnerable in our society with a safe and secure place to call home and a brighter future.”
