A new advanced software platform offering businesses an animated, in‑depth view of how effectively they are operating is set to launch at Smart Manufacturing Week 2026.
Developed by former Shropshire Council chief executive Andy Begley and business partner Jon Duigenan, VEKTA promises to transform the way organisations reduce their operating costs through process visualisation.
The platform uses advanced statistical analysis and dynamic visualisations to bring processes to life, helping decision‑makers pinpoint strengths, detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies. By modelling potential improvements, Vekta helps guide objective investment decisions toward the most effective solutions.
“VEKTA doesn’t just show numbers — it tells the story behind them,” said Andy. “We designed it to give businesses clarity and confidence in steering their operations forward.
“Our goal was to bridge the gap between data and understanding. With VEKTA’s animated insights, teams can see exactly how different processes interact and evolve over time.”
Jon said: “Smart Manufacturing Week offers a great balance of opportunities for us to meet both potential clients and solution partners.
“Our business model is designed to work with a growing number of partners who act as a kind of two-way street arrangement. Our software shows clients where the inefficiencies are in their business. Then we need smart organisations to recommend as solution providers.
“Equally, if our partners need a way to evidence the investment case for their systems, we can give an objective assessment to support that."
VEKTA will make its public debut at Smart Manufacturing Week 2026 - (June 3 and 4 at the NEC in Birmingham) - in Innovation Alley on Stand IA7. where live demonstrations will showcase its interactive dashboards and simulation capabilities.
The team behind the innovation believes the tool will have applications not just in manufacturing, but across all sectors where operational efficiency and leadership insight are critical.
