Kate Howells has been promoted to area lettings manager with regional business Halls covering the company’s Telford and Kidderminster offices.
Born and bred in Telford and having gained seven years’ experience of the housing market, she joined Halls in May as a sales and lettings negotiator and quickly impressed the directors with her work ethic.
Her mission in her new role is to grow the lettings portfolio in both offices by building strong relationships with landlords, supported by a summer lettings promotion by Halls.
The company is offering a discounted service, covering fully managed lettings and advice on property marketing and legal compliance.
Halls is also developing an affordable alternative to the traditional five week deposit that tenants pay when letting a property and Kate says the alternative will benefit both the landlord and tenant.
“My intention is to grow property lettings in Telford and Kidderminster and procure as many properties as possible to make Halls the first choice for landlords and tenants. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with landlords and managing all types of property, without exception.”
Based in Shrewsbury, Halls has a network of nine offices covering Shropshire, Teford and Wrekin, Worcestershire, Cheshire, the West Midlands and Mid and North Wales.
