Cavalier Centre reaps its reward

Shropshire-based marketing agency Reech has named The Cavalier Centre as the official recipient of its 2026 Reech and Reward initiative.

Following one of the most competitive application rounds since the initiative launched, the local charity will receive £20,000 worth of dedicated marketing support to deliver a complete rebrand, a new website, and bespoke media content.

Located near Much Wenlock, The Cavalier Centre provides life-changing equestrian-assisted activities, therapies, and sport for disabled children and adults across the county.

The charity was selected after an energetic live pitch day at Reech’s Shrewsbury headquarters, where shortlisted non-profits brought their vision and passion straight to the agency team.

Now celebrating five years of giving back, Reech and Reward gives local non-profits total access to Reech’s specialist strategy, design, content, and web teams. To mark the five-year milestone, Reech doubled its pledge for 2026 from £10,000 to £20,000 to help deliver a massive, lasting boost for the winning cause.

Past winners include local initiatives like Shrewsbury Food Hub, Brightstar, Dog A.I.D., and Stay.

Founder and managing director at Reech Rob Hughes said: “This was hands-down our toughest round of Reech and Reward yet. We were blown away by the incredible work happening across Shropshire, but when The Cavalier Centre pitched, you could instantly feel their ambition.

"The work they do is extraordinary, and giving them a modern brand and website will help take their impact to the next level. We honestly can’t wait to get stuck in.”

Over the coming months, Reech will work alongside The Cavalier Centre team to elevate their visual identity and digital presence, creating fresh photography and video to drive awareness and fundraising across Shropshire.

Centre Manager at The Cavalier Centre Hayley Jay said: “Every single day we see how transformational horse-assisted therapy is for the adults and children who come through our doors, but telling that story and reaching the people who need us most is always a challenge.

"Having the team at Reech in our corner feels surreal. This will make a massive difference to everything we do here, helping us support our fantastic volunteers and reach even more people across Shropshire."
