Shropshire-based construction and project management company ALS Projects has a new look, a growing portfolio and a clear message - construction doesn’t have to be complicated.
The company has launched a new website and refreshed brand after a strong first year delivering residential and commercial projects across Shropshire, the West Midlands and beyond.
Founded in 2024 by Alex Swancott after almost two decades in the industry, the business was set up to meet a growing need for a more practical, client-focused approach - particularly for homeowners and developers looking to renovate, extend or build new homes without the stress that often comes with it.
“We set out to do things differently. To work in partnership with our clients, be open about costs and focus on what really matters to them,” said Alex. 
With construction cost pressures still front of mind for many, 2026 is expected to bring renewed focus on well-managed residential work, particularly extensions, renovations and smaller-scale developments that deliver real value.
“The last 12 months have shown us how much people value clarity and communication,” said Alex. “Whether we’re supporting a private client with a self-build, or managing a commercial site, the trust we build is what keeps people coming back.”
The new ALS Projects website reflects the company’s growth and showcases its latest work from complex residential renovations to commercial developments and full lifecycle project support.
