Estate agency business extends its reach

One of the region's oldest estate agency businesses has expanded its reach into Stourbridge. Nick Deighton’s property business was established in Bridgnorth in 1831 and already has seven offices throughout Shropshire and north Worcestershire.

Company’ chairman Michael Nettleton said: “We have an excellent reputation amongst our existing clients for our high levels of service and excellent results and we feel there is real opportunity for us to provide this service beyond our existing area of operation. Whether it is residential sales, lettings, property management or land and new homes, we have a department which handles all manner of property transactions.”

As part of the expansion, Nick Lawton will be joining the company. “It is very exciting for us to have such a well-respected and highly experienced individual as Nick representing Nock Deighton in this new territory,” said Ross D’Aniello, Nock Deighton’s sales director.

“He brings with him decades of estate agency experience along with a reputation for excellent service and reliability which fits neatly into the Nock Deighton model.”

Nick has been in the property industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in residential sales and lettings, land, and new homes working in many locations throughout Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

Having lived and worked in Hagley, Stourbridge and now residing in Halesowen he has an in-depth knowledge of these areas.

“I am looking forward to bringing Nock Deighton into Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. I pride myself in giving my clients a more personal service and delivering results in a professional and approachable manner.”

Nock Deighton have sold in excess of a quarter of a billion pounds worth of property last twelve months alone and have a network of seven offices across the region.  Whilst relatively new in DY8 and DY9 the company is used to dealing in a variety of markets with offices in market towns such as Bridgnorth and Ludlow, Telford and Kidderminster.
