A Telford IT consultancy has celebrated its 23rd birthday by unveiling ambitious growth plans.
Bespoke Computing Ltd, based at Stafford Park, has been helping businesses across the country work smarter and more securely since 2003.
The company provides fully-managed IT support, strategic advice, data back-up and recovery planning and cyber security protection – ensuring customers can access systems safely from anywhere.
Some clients have been with the business from the very beginning, including Runtime UK in Wellington. Director Andy Smith said: “I've admired how founder Chris Pallett has grown Bespoke Computing over the years.
“We’ve bought everything from antivirus software to servers from him and recommended each other to numerous businesses along the way. We still use Bespoke Computing to this day… I can't believe it's been 23 years!”
The company is on track to increase sales by around 25% this year, with new services in the pipeline to help businesses leverage automation and use AI safely. A new ‘AI Readiness Assessment’ for employers has already come on stream.
Founder Chris Pallett said: “Reaching 23 years – and still growing and evolving – is something we’re all incredibly proud of.
“Technology has changed dramatically since 2003, but our mission has stayed the same: to give businesses the confidence, tools and support they need to operate securely and effectively. We’re excited by the opportunities ahead.”
