A £7.5 million investment in the historic Tedsmore Hall estate near Oswestry by the Robert Parker Collection Group has created a new high quality accommodation base for businesses operating across Shropshire, Wrexham, North Wales and the wider border region.
The development includes the extensive conversion of former stable blocks, the construction of new mews-style cottages, investment in solar energy and ground-source heat pump technology, and major improvements to the estate’s landscaped grounds.
The resulting Tedsmore Cottages development offers businesses a flexible alternative to placing visiting employees and guests in traditional hotel rooms.
The luxury self-catering accommodation is designed for visiting directors and clients, contractors, consultants, project teams and employees working in the area for anything from several nights to several weeks, including mid-week and longer-term stays.
Tedsmore Cottages is particularly suited to employees and their families relocating to the region while searching for a permanent home. It also provides a private residential base for companies planning multi-day away days, leadership sessions, strategy meetings and team retreats.
Located near West Felton, Oswestry, Tedsmore is well placed for businesses operating along the Oswestry-Wrexham-Chester and Shrewsbury-Telford corridors, including businesses based on Wrexham Industrial Estate and other major manufacturing, engineering and commercial centres across the region.
