Open day for home buyers

Home buyers are being invited to attend an open day this weekend of a new development of eight homes in Shrewsbury and have the chance to meet the developers.

The new Rowley Court development in Sutton Farm, has been built by Shrewsbury-based developers MW Knight & Sons LTD and is being marketed by Shropshire estate agent, Samuel Wood.

The development of eight properties includes four three-bedroomed and two, two-bedroomed semi-detached homes, and two one-bedroomed apartments. The show homes will be open and prospective buyers can view the homes internally.

The homes have been designed to a high specification with energy-efficient features. Each home comes with allocated parking, a private garden, a ten-year building warranty and gas fired central heating. The Government Help-To-Buy scheme is also available.

The open day will run from 11am - 3pm on Saturday February 15, and Russell Griffin, co-director of Samuel Wood and David Knight, will be there to meet and greet prospective buyers.

Mr Griffin said: “Sutton Farm is a popular residential area of Shrewsbury with good schools and supermarkets close by and good links to major roads such as the M54 and beyond. This development offers a great location and excellent levels of finish and addresses an urgent demand for this type of housing."
