Pizza brand comes to Ludlow

Award-winning Halls Commercial has helped to pave the way for popular UK pizza brand Domino’s to open in Ludlow.

The Shrewsbury-based commercial agency let the 1,500 square feet Unit 1 on Ludlow Business Park to Domino’s who have opened for business in the South Shropshire market town famous for its quality restaurants and local food.

The ground floor lock-up shop, which has consent for a restaurant, café or takeaway, occupies a prominent location on the edge of the town, fronting the A49 at the junction with Sheet Road and adjacent to Sheet Road island.

James Evans, head of Halls Commercial, revealed that the opening of the Domino’s store in Ludlow marked the fruition of 18 months’ work. He has previously leased units to Howden and Tool Station on the business park.

“We are delighted to have secured a national pizza brand to further strengthen the retail and food offering in this sought-after market and tourist town. The arrival of Domino’s in Ludlow reflects growing demand for national food operators in market towns.

“The letting highlights confidence in Ludlow as a thriving location for commercial investment and creates local jobs to support the local economy."
