Independent recruitment agency Blue Orchid Recruitment Ltd is celebrating after being named a winner at the West Midlands My Local Awards, recognising the support of the people and businesses who have helped the Shropshire-based business grow.
Founded by Rob Griffiths, Blue Orchid Recruitment has built its reputation on a personal, relationship-led approach to recruitment, helping businesses find the right people while supporting candidates to take the next step in their careers.
The award marks a proud moment for the independent business, which works with organisations and professionals across the West Midlands and beyond, specialising in legal, finance, accountancy, marketing and property recruitment.
Rob said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Blue Orchid Recruitment has been recognised in the My Local Awards. More than anything, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us and to everyone who continues to support the business.
“As an independent business, every recommendation, referral, kind word and vote genuinely means a lot. Running a business isn’t always easy, so to know that people believe in what we’re doing and have taken the time to show their support is incredibly special.
“This award isn’t just about me or Blue Orchid. It’s about the clients who trust us, the candidates who put their careers in our hands, and the brilliant people in our network who continue to champion what we do.”
With 17 years of recruitment experience, Rob has seen first-hand the difference the right recruitment support can make to individuals and businesses alike.
The business continues to evolve its offering, providing flexible recruitment support designed around the needs and budgets of individual organisations, alongside its traditional recruitment services.
Blue Orchid Recruitment is based in Shropshire and supports businesses with recruitment and talent solutions across the West Midlands and nationally.
Blue Orchid Recruitment Ltd specialises in recruitment across legal, finance, accountancy, marketing and property. The business provides permanent recruitment and flexible recruitment support tailored to clients’ needs.
