New hires at Shrewsbury marketing agency

Shropshire-based creative marketing agency Reech has announced a significant expansion of its digital performance and web development teams. It says the appointments are in response to new client wins.

Joining as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive agency and in-house experience, Jessica Baxter bridges the gap between performance marketing and web conversion. Her focus remains on localised SEO and intentional, region-specific digital strategies for international brands.

A new addition to the team, Alex Detheridge, Projects and Delivery Manager, oversees the lifecycle of large-scale digital builds and the delivery of those projects across the agency. By implementing rigorous checkpoints and transparent communication frameworks, he ensures complex technical integrations remain aligned with client objectives.

Formerly Head of Development, Jake Bown’s new role as Head of Technology and Innovation focuses on the agency’s long-term technical architecture and AI adoption.

He is responsible for future-proofing client assets through clean builds and smart integrations, ensuring platforms like WordPress and Shopify are engineered for longevity. His promotion says a lot about where Reech is headed as an agency, with technological advancement and future clients in mind.

Promoted to Lead Developer, Brandon Hawkes now leads the "engine room" of the Development team. He is tasked with streamlining code standards and shared components, allowing the agency to dedicate more resources to bespoke, sector-specific functionality.

"We are excited by our recent team promotions and new technical hires, which will allow us to continue expanding into complex digital projects, global website initiatives and multi-channel performance marketing”, says Amelia Redge, Agency Director.
