Overcoming the legal hurdles of a new-build home

A Shropshire law firm is helping families to overcome the legal hurdles of building their dream new home.

Terry Jones Solicitors has assembled a team of experienced new build specialists to handle the legal complexities in buying a dream new build home.

Based at the company's Telford branch, the department guides people through the processes and strict timescales involved in purchasing a new home.

The New Build Property Department is headed by Oliver Lutner who says: “Our team of expert new homes conveyancers are well acquainted  with the procedures involved in purchasing a new home, including all of the relative government schemes, such as Help to Buy, shared ownership and more recently, the Help to Buy ISA.

“We work with some of the largest national house builders in the country to ensure that your move is a smooth and stress free experience.”

Managing director Terry Jones adds: “The development and expansion of our new build property department has been paramount to service the needs of the local community and surrounding areas.

"Telford is a vastly growing area with an abundance of new build developments situated throughout."
