New office suites unveiled in Shrewsbury

A Shropshire property firm has launched new look offices in Shrewsbury following a surge in demand for flexible and contemporary office space close to the town centre.

Morris Property is behind new offices at Abbey Lawn where the newly released and refurbished  suites are available to let and range from 1,308 sq ft to 2,600 sq ft.

Businesses can also benefit from being able to brand their own office space whilst Morris Property can offer a fit-out service which could help fledgling or established businesses looking to make the most of the space available.

The office development has already welcomed several new tenants including global digital brand Croud, who has recently expanded on the park, and new tenants, outdoor pursuits company Manor Adventure.

Liz Lowe, head of estates at Morris Property, said: “Abbey Lawn continues to attract both larger and smaller operators.

“Our offices provide small to medium sized businesses the most flexible office space in the town centre and we are proud that we have been able to help over 30 businesses who continue to grow and develop at Abbey Lawn.

“Abbey Lawn was built in phases as we wanted to offer businesses a flexible office park, with ample parking in an environment which businesses and their staff could enjoy.

“The development enjoys close links to public transport and there is the ability to entertain clients at local bistros. Staff can walk into town at lunchtime, or do their food shop at the nearby supermarket. This creates such a dynamic business hub in this part of town."

Morris Property co-hosted an exclusive preview breakfast with commercial agents Towler Shaw Roberts to mark the launch.

Local businesses were invited to experience how Abbey Lawn could be part of their business plan whilst Dave Courteen, founder and managing director of Mosaic Spa and Health Club shared his experiences and offered advice on growing a successful business in challenging times.

Morris Property is part of a fifth-generation family business working in property investment and management, new build residential and commercial developments and restoration schemes.
