One of Shropshire's largest construction companies will launch the first properties at a new housing development in a village near Shrewsbury this weekend.
A collection of 24 homes are being built at the ‘Abbot’s Lea’ scheme in the centre of Hadnall, by Galliers Homes, and the development will feature three, four and five bedroom homes with prices ranging from £302,500 to £455,000.
“This will be our third housing development in Hadnall, providing much-needed high quality family properties, and we are experiencing a good deal of interest here already, with four reservations being taken very quickly,” said Sue Wells, sales manager for Galliers Homes, which has its head office in Shrewsbury.
“Our previous schemes here have been very successful as it is such a good location and we anticipate that Abbot’s Lea will be just as popular.”
The properties are on sale now from Galliers’ Church View development in Hadnall, and a sales office at the new scheme will be launched tomorrow (June 30th), with a fully-fitted show home due to be unveiled in August.
