Mercure Shrewsbury Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa has completed a £2.5 million refurbishment of its public areas, bedrooms, spa and wedding facilities.
Hotel manager Jennifer Sibbald-Wall said: “We have completed the final phase of our refurbishment project with an upgrade of 53 bedrooms in both the historic house and the new lakeside wing. We are looking forward to welcoming both returning guests and new and we can’t wait to introduce them to our beautifully transformed hotel.”
Mercure Shrewsbury Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa is set inside a 1730’s Manor House, with 15 acres of landscaped grounds and an ornamental lake. The 4-star country house hotel and spa is managed by Focus Hotel Management and has a range of leisure facilities, including swimming pool, spa and jacuzzi, and seven function rooms.
Focus Hotel Management is an independent hospitality management company with a portfolio of 15 hotels open, under development and in planning totalling 1,597 bedrooms.
